Terms of Service

Below is an overview of our basic terms and conditions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing any of our products, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Payment for Online Orders

All online sales must be made by credit card, and are final. Floral Genius, LLC accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.

Once an order is submitted, Floral Genius, LLC cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment. 

Returns and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available if you’ve received the wrong order, or the order arrives damaged. Floral Genius, LLC does not provide exchanges on any product. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@floralgenius.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 201 Little Run Rd, Weyers Cave, VA 24431. 

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from when the order is placed, unless the order has been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be refunded, but can be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our return policy for more details.

If you’ve ordered the wrong product and would like to start a return, please email us at info@floralgenius.com. Refunds on returned items are issued only after the items have been processed by our team. Items that are returned damaged or used will not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns and the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

Packages returned to Floral Genius, LLC due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a shipping refund. All returned packages that exceed $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Refunds

Full refunds or product replacements are only available for orders that arrive incorrect or damaged in transit. All issues with your order must be submitted to info@floralgenius.com within five days of delivery. 

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from when the order is placed, unless the order has been shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be returned for a full or partial refund for the item cost. Shipping charges for cancelled orders are non-refundable. 

International Orders

Floral Genius, LLC offers international shipping to approved countries only. Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties, and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to place an order that exceeds that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit.

Floral Genius, LLC has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.  

Packages returned to Floral Genius due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Gift Messaging

In the event you order a gift message to be delivered with your purchase, you agree that Floral Genius, LLC  is not responsible in any manner for the content of your message or the receipt or use of that message by the recipient or others. You agree not to include any defamatory, obscene, illegal or offensive content in your gift messages or content that would violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others when published, distributed or displayed by Floral Genius, LLC as part of Floral Genius, LLC offering its services through the Service. Floral Genius, LLC will not be liable for any claims relating to or arising from such gift message including, without limitation, any claims relating to invasion of privacy or security breaches. We reserve the right to discontinue or not display or distribute any gift message if we reasonably believe that such display or distribution would violate the terms above. You acknowledge and agree that any gift message you provide to Floral Genius, LLC may be shared with the recipient of the related product.
